Qualifications:

  • ASE Certification, Ford/Chrysler certification preferred but not required.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Must provide your own tools.
  • Clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and repair procedures with any of the following:
    Gas or diesel engines, automatic or manual transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning etc.
  • Provide labor time estimates and explain cause and repair to service advisor.
  • Attention to detail and following processes.

Customer Experience Coordinator Job Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Valid Minnesota driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
  • Basic computer skills

Customer Experience Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Help the dealership organize, plan, and adopt a customer experience culture that will positively impact both sales and customer experiences.
  • Meet eligibility requirements and demonstrate mastery of specialized knowledge by completing Wagoneer Ambassador and Customer First Program Requirements.
  • Log interactions with customers in the CRM and follow standard processes.
  • Basic computer skills: using various provided software as selling tools.
  • Provide top-notch service throughout the customer buying experience.
